The children we serve face rare and complex diseases that cannot be treated close to home. We fly children from all over the United States to top pediatric specialists at centers of healthcare excellence across the country. Whether a family needs help traveling from a remote town in Montana or a hub like Chicago, CFOH is committed to providing the necessary flights to their treatment destination, no matter the distance or frequency, through age 18. Every donation helps ease the medical, financial, and emotional burden on families, allowing them to focus on loving and healing their precious little ones. Children’s Flight of Hope (CFOH) provides flights to essential, life-changing, and life-saving medical care for children in need. We arrange commercial air travel, free of any cost, for a child and a caregiver so they can reach the specialized treatment they cannot access close to home. For some families, this means one critical trip. For others, it means traveling every few weeks for months or even years. As a child’s medical needs evolve, so do we. CFOH remains committed throughout the entire healthcare journey through the age of 18, providing flights as often as needed so no child misses care due to distance or cost.
