Dream Foundation

About us

Dream Foundation is the only national organization that fulfills final Dreams for terminally-ill adults and their families, including veterans. The final Dreams we fulfill come in many forms, but all of them provide inspiration, comfort and closure. We bring people together for the last or even first time, or help them take trips that provide much-needed time with family, and help veterans visit memorials or take journeys to reconnect them with their previous military service.
