Miles4Migrants is a 501(c)(3), dedicated to using donated frequent flyer miles, credit card points and money to reunite and relocate families around the world and at the U.S.-Mexico border who have been separated by war, persecution and disaster. For refugees and asylum-seekers, persecution may be based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, political views and other factors. Persecution may come from governments, communities and even their own family. For these individuals, finding new homes in supportive communities is their greatest chance at living lives of freedom and safety. Airline miles and credit card points are used to provide tickets for those who are legally approved to travel but who lack the means to pay for the airfare. We partner with a global network of organizations, including UNHCR, IRC, RAICES, and HIAS, to identify refugees, asylees, asylum seekers and their immediate family members in need of assistance. Since forming in 2016, Miles4Migrants has used more than 80 million miles to fly over 5,000 people from 70+ countries of origin to safe homes in 15+ destination countries.
